These Terms of Use ("Terms," "Agreement," or "End User License Agreement") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Living Simulator AI ("we," "us," or "our") concerning your use of the Living Simulator AI application for iOS.

By downloading, installing, or using Living Simulator AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the app.

1. License Grant and Use Restrictions

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and run Living Simulator AI on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. Living Simulator AI PRO Subscriptions

Living Simulator AI offers auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features, including removal of all advertisements, unlimited lives/reborns, full 3D avatar character customization, and VIP storylines.

3. Billing, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellation

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your App Store Account Settings on your iOS device after purchase.
• Refunds: All purchase transactions and refund requests are governed and processed directly by Apple according to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

4. Virtual Currency and Simulated Items

Living Simulator AI is a life simulation entertainment game. Any currency, cash balance, career titles, assets, relationships, and attributes depicted in the game are strictly virtual and simulated. They hold no monetary, tangible, or real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real currency, goods, or services under any circumstances.

5. Artificial Intelligence and Content Disclaimer

Simulation events, character interactions, news reports, and narrative storylines are generated using procedural simulation logic and artificial intelligence for dramatic and comedic storytelling. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, or actual events is purely coincidental and intended solely for satire and entertainment.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, game graphics, 3D character designs, audio assets, logos, and software code in Living Simulator AI are the exclusive property of Living Simulator AI. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the application.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
